After you submit your post, our review team will check it for completeness and clarity. Once approved, your listing goes live and workers in your area can start applying. You can then review applicants, check their ratings and work history, and confirm the workers you want.
For Job Seekers

Browse available shifts in your area using the job feed. You can filter by category, location, date, and pay rate to find the perfect match for your schedule. When you find a shift you like, apply with a single tap — no cover letter or lengthy forms required.
If the employer confirms you, you will receive the full shift details including the exact address and any special instructions. Show up on time, complete the work, and get paid. How long does it take for my job post to be reviewed?
Most job posts are reviewed within a few hours during business hours. Our review team checks that all essential details are included — pay rate, location, working hours, and any perks like meals or transport. If your post needs adjustments, we will send you suggestions to improve clarity and attract better applicants. Posts submitted outside business hours are typically reviewed by the next morning.
Can I cancel a shift after workers have been confirmed?
Yes, you can cancel a shift, but we encourage doing so as early as possible. Workers may have turned down other opportunities to accept your shift, so last-minute cancellations affect their income. If you cancel within 24 hours of the shift start time, the cancellation will be noted on your employer profile. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to attract top-rated workers in the future.
What happens if a worker does not show up for a confirmed shift?
No-shows are tracked on the worker's profile through our reliability scoring system. If a worker fails to show up without prior notice, they receive a negative attendance mark that is visible to future employers. This system incentivises reliability and helps employers identify workers with a strong attendance history when reviewing applications.
Do I need any documents to create a profile?
To create a basic profile, you only need a valid phone number. However, to unlock full features and become a verified user, you will need to complete identity verification. For job seekers, this typically involves uploading a photo of your national ID card. For employers, we may request business registration details. Verified profiles receive a badge and are prioritised in search results.
How are payments handled on the platform?
DailyJob facilitates fast, secure payments between employers and workers. After a shift is marked as complete by the employer, the agreed payment is processed through our system. Workers can expect to receive their earnings quickly, with full transparency at every step. We do not deduct any hidden fees from worker payments — the rate you see on the job post is the rate you earn.
Can I use DailyJob to find recurring part-time staff?
Absolutely. While DailyJob is ideal for one-off shifts, many employers use the platform to find reliable workers for recurring roles. Once you find workers you like, you can re-hire them for future shifts.
